Refunds

All sales are final

Khidr Animate is a digital product that you can download the moment you pay, so we do not offer refunds, whether or not you have downloaded it, and including if you change your mind or cannot get it running.

By buying, you ask for access straight away and agree that you give up any cooling-off or withdrawal right you might otherwise have.

If something is wrong on our side

• The file is broken or isn't what you paid for: email us and we will send you a working copy.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase: we refund the extra charge.
• A charge you did not make: email us straight away.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live. Where local consumer law requires a refund, that law applies.

Khidr Animate is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, as merchant of record, and Link may handle some payment problems under its own policies.

Refunded or disputed payments

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the download for that purchase is closed automatically.

How to contact us

Email hello@kaevolabs.com from the address you bought with, and tell us roughly when you bought and what went wrong. We reply within three business days.

If something has gone wrong, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A dispute takes weeks; we can usually sort it out the same week.
